Bill Carter began college at Lorain County Community College, earning an Associate's degree before moving on to Cleveland State where he earned his B.A. in psychology in 2006.

In between, Bill found a great part-time job as a case manager for Catholic Charities of Lorain County. "Lorain's University Partnership gave me the opportunity to go to school where I work. It opened up many opportunities for me," Bill says.
